01 / The opportunities

Stop searching. Start assessing.

Public funding is abundant. Finding opportunities that are relevant and easy to understand is harder. Nivoket monitors sources your team cannot check regularly and explains why an opportunity may be worth your time.

A wider field of view

We continuously collect public tenders and funding calls from EU and national sources, so relevant opportunities do not get lost in portals your team rarely checks.

Clarity in your local language

Requirements published in Lithuanian, Latvian, Polish and Dutch become concise summaries your team can act on.

A match with a reason

Each opportunity is matched against your company profile, capabilities and eligibility—not keywords alone—so your team can focus on options that fit.

02 / The workflow

From promising opportunity to a prepared application or bid.

Less consultant overhead. More evidence, context and progress in one place.

Discover

Open public tenders and funding calls are collected, deduplicated and organized by source, country and deadline.

Understand

Clear summaries surface the requirements, funding amount and supporting documents requested in each call or tender.

Check fit

A fit view helps your team assess how well its capabilities and eligibility match each opportunity.

Prepare

AI-assisted drafts and supporting-document checklists help your team move from a good fit toward a submission.

03 / The markets

Built for the overlooked middle of Europe.

Nivoket starts where local-language barriers are high and consulting fees based on a percentage are hard to justify: Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and the Netherlands.
